I got some crochet awesomeness from Sunspotted and promised action pics

apples and strawberries

cookie jar with a bunch of cute cookies inside

pot with spaghetti and meatballs

frying pan with eggs and bacon

and we also got flour and sugar containers, I think they were on the floor by the time I could aim the camera at the kiddos.  LOL

and Athena's favorite part of the package

a ton of heart shaped lollipops!

We love everything so much!!  Thank you Sunspotted and I hope your package gets out of the Canadian triangle and to you very shortly.

Awww... crafted food is so cute!

Thank you so much to everyone for your lovely comments about the book.  It came together amazingly quickly - it sort of wrote itself, I just happened to be there.  I kept scans of every page, so if and when I get myself together, I could well look into doing something with it...

I received a wonderful package from A2K today, but I can't take photos til tomorrow because I left my camera batteries on the charger at work.  (Uh, my own charger is a little bit blown up and melted.  Don't ask, OK?)  But it is wonderful so get your wisting-fingers ready for tomorrow!

There is some amazing stuff in this swap.  The turtle quilt, the pendants, the cupcake crochetting, (and I'm also a big fan of wooden cotton spools!) but if I started a list of everything I liked, I'd end up repeating every single thing posted in the entire thread!  There are some amazingly crafty people around here.

No longer online regularly - if you need to contact me, try tweeting @artsieaspie.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hmmm... I have quite a few wooden spools, never realized people were wisting them. I've been simply hoarding them in a typically crafty fashion  Grin
