Oooh, I just found this thread. This stuff is amazing! I have a big project on my to-do list, so I'll be around here a bit later on.  DH wants a cross-stitched version of Marcus Fenix from Gears of War. I don't have a pattern yet...

Please may I join in? Cheesy

I have two big projects in my workbox - a Mr.Men alphabet sampler and a Wild Ones animal sampler - and it would be nice to have somewhere to share my work.

Okay, here is my first progress shot:

This is what it will turn into:

*sigh* it's still at that stage where it doesn't look like anything yet ... well, for a while there it looked a bit like a rabbit but that doesn't count ... I need to step up the pace because I need it by mid May.

Everyones projects look AMAZING!
Crafty_rach~ I can start to see the hand coming together. This pattern is beautiful!

Here is the project that I JUST started on over the weekend.

The big project part of this (all the stitching) is 38"x45" when finished. the quilt blocks around the outside will be easy!! LOL As of right now I have all the fabric pieces cut, everything transfered onto the fabric. I have a few snowflakes, and the tree started on the top piece (the part with "walking in a winter wonderland"). I am doing this as a blue work instead of redwork! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have this done by Christmas of this year but for some reason with a baby coming in June (and everything I am making for him along with having a five year old and a two year old) I just don't see it happening! LOL Maybe this thread will keep me on track!

If you are asking me.
It is called Winter Wonderland #408 it is made by Crabapple Hill, I got it from a seller on ebay, she was the cheapest with shipping and everything and then she refunded me the shipping that ebay overcharged/she did not use, she is a SUPER NICE lady GREAT communication also Wink!
Her ebay store is called A Garden of Roses!
