I made this using Personal Trainer: Cooking on my Nintendo DS! It came out beauuuuutifully!

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Melt 2 oz. butter
3.Beat 3 eggs
4. Sift 1 cup flour
5. Whisk the flour and add the eggs until it is mixed and somewhat stiff
6. Add 1/2 cup sugar
7. Add 1 1/4 cup milk (keep mixing)
8. Add butter and mix.
9. Grease with butter a ceramic tart dish around 8 inches across (I ended up using a much deeper glass dish- I would use a wider tart dish than that because it ended up much deeper than I think it's supposed to be)
10. Arrange 15 oz. canned cherries (I didn't have any canned so I took fresh and heated them up a bit with some sugar and water, and chilled them in the fridge for a while beforehand)
11. Pour the batter over the cherries.
12. Bake for 40 minutes (okay, whatever, I had to cook it for an hour before it got brown) until it gets brown about the edges.
13. Dust with powdered sugar. It will fall a bit in the air!
14. ENJOY!
