thanks for all the kind comments!

in the pic where zombie is squeezing in there was a treat in there (the only reason he'd try) then i tried to coax him in by pushing his butt, no luck  Cheesy

i think the front of the pattern must be photoshopped bc that white cat looks gigantic!  i don't know if making the pieces bigger would work - it is super sturdy as is, so possibly!

My cats wouldn't go in the one I  bought them so I used it as a cat toy box!

I love the fabric!  Sorry the cats don't like it, but a toy holder is a great idea!  Easy to tidy up, and looks nice.  Just wondering - did you try a heavy duty needle with the foam (denim or leather)?  I like this idea for a gift for my sister, and I can usually sew through anything, but I'm not sure how many layers of foam you are referring to.  I have a regular sewing machine, nothing fancy, but I've sewn leather and 1 layer of foam before.  Is it craft foam?  Or could you use that "memory" foam that you can buy for the tops of mattresses?  That stuff squishes down flat when you sew it, then springs back.  Thanks for sharing!

OMG I bow down to your greatness lol ! I tried this pattern a few years ago and gave up half way thru. Its still in a big trash bag in the closet. I didnt even try to hand sew it. Your amazing!  Maybe I will try to get it out cause I remember I spent a TON of money on fabric and foam. Yours is Great!

Ive had the pattern for awhile now... With hearing all the things about the pattern, and the woman at the sewing store telling me I needed alot of patience for it I havent attempted it yet.
I have absolutly no patience haha

Ive heard about it being small, but I do have a very small female who loves getting into small spaces.

One day I know I will attempt this, just because its so darn cute!

Im glad to see how yours turned out.

I just moved to a new loft, please contact me for my new mailing address!
