Finally getting around to posting hubby's Spider-man Christmas haul! He'd been bugging me to make him a hat like this (our tyke has one, not spidey though); he didn't know that I'd already made this and was planning to give it as a present. It's made from an old t-shirt that he'd received as a Christmas gift a few years ago and some black fleece. Wish I'd thought to use the blue stuff. *sigh* He loves it.

The picture is rotated -- the point at the bottom is actually the top of the hat. The picture just looks miles cooler this way!  Wink

Anyway, he also received a spidey inspired scarf. The spider is embroidered on red fleece, then backed with blue fleece and serged around the edges. My 21y/o daughter did the embroidery on this one. Here's a modeled shot of both pieces:

He's been wearing them all week. Guess that means he likes them!

Thats cool! My husband is Spider-man obsessed as well. I don't mind though, it is fun being married to a comic book dork.
