Finally finished my Feb square, 3 days to spare! Woo!

This square was a pain! First time around I got to rnd 11, started trimming and accidentally trimmed an end i had yet to weave in. So it started unraveling in the middle... sigh.

So! here it is!

like a lot of others, my heart is slightly skewed... i do enjoy it tho, gives it character.

I am loving all these squares! Such a difference colors and types of yarn can make while doing the same patterns...it's great!!

Here is my squares...I just got a chance to take pictures, unfortunately today was rather overcast so they didn't come out as clear as I would have liked. I can never get the colors to take as they really look.

My January Square

I added an extra row of the middle rounds and then I was to close to 12" to do the full border....I can't remember why I added the extra round now though....lol

My February Square

My heart is still a little crooked but before I got it like this is was WAY more crooked.

Here is my Ravelry January Square

Ravelry February Square

I wish the colors would show up more accurately. They are really Shocking Pink, Spring Green, Lavender and Turqua. All are bordered in black which will be my joining color.

Cheesy It definitely is going to be one colorful afghan that's for sure! Though the colors are not quite as neon in real life as they look in the pics...they are still very bold and colorful. I have a sneaking suspicion this blanket is going to end up being for me...lol

Bad thing about that is that I have a queen size bed...I might need to get to work on some fillers.

I think I'll do the 6" ravelry CAL too.....and maybe work them in someway....as a border or something like that.

I've completed my run-through of the March square, and it's a good thing I did Tongue The pattern was missing a few bits, and it was just enough to mess folks up. It isn't a hard pattern, but it's wordy. I'll be posting the file as a PDF  that has my corrections to the original. I checked with a fantastic accomplice, who verified my corrections, but suggested I try to make it easier to read. So, I'll try...

But, don't be frightened! The pattern really is easy! In fact, after a while, I stopped reading the pattern, because it just repeats the same thing for each round, essentially.

I'll try to post it Sunday night before I go to bed...

And, I love all of the squares that everyone has posted so far! The variety is impressive (and inspiring!). Keep up the great work!

The choices you make today determine the choices you will have tomorrow.

Ladies Love your squares, absolutely gorgeous colour combinations.

I've made another filler square so I'll take a pic and post as soon as I can.

Yay March is nearly here.
