my partner in the holiday ornament swap requested a sketchbook, so i decided to make one from scratch. it was an entirely new thing for me, and i wasn't 100% pleased with the inside, but it was definitely a neat thing to make -- i just need a little more practice with scissors & glue!  Wink
check out the big ass book of crafts by mark montano, if you're interested in making one [i freaking love this book!  Grin]
instead of using printed paper for the cover, i embroidered a sewing themed design, and incorporated the name of her blog.

Between this and the Christmas one you made your Day, you seem to pick great fonts that are pretty and easy to read.  What is your secret?!?!

no secret! i just play around with different fonts in microsoft word, and print them in reverse. then i use a sulky transfer pen to trace them on to tracing paper, to create an iron-on.  Cheesy
