Do you know if the patterns are to any particular scale?

I'm trying to make the top hat but i can't work out how big it should be or how big the seam alowance should be.

the top hat doesn't seem to include measurements (tho i think all of the patterns use a 1cm assumed seam allowance.) i would just print that page and enlarge it to whatever size you like. i think its supposed to be tiny...hope that helps!
