So I made this dress to wear to my mom's boyfriend's house for Christmas dinner.  It took two days..about 6 or 7 hours total..to make.  I'm proud of it, being my third dress ever.  I need a nice leather waist belt to cinch it, then I'm going to wear it with lacy Betsey Johnson tights and bright colored heels.  Oh, the joys of Christmastime.

Wow, this is beautiful!
Did you make it with a store-bought pattern or just by yourself?  I have three Christmas parties coming up and this is exactly what I was looking for to wear for one of them (as a top though, for an informal dinner at Church) but I don't think I'll have time to make one so I'll just go waste money in stores.  Sad Smiley

Thank you everyone, I really appreciate your compliments!

treecow_, I made the pattern completely myself, no patterns used.  Sorry =].
