Just wanted to share the fabric scrap ornaments that my daughter and I created.  The material for it was literally picked out of my sewing room garbage (aka, floor) and from unusable notions.  Something from nothing, hey?

(The wee monkey working on her fabric stack)

What do you think?  I like them, but would they make good gifts?

I'd love this as a gift.
I think they're really cute.
Fun and colourful.

These are really clever! I want to make some for decorating my apartment now Cheesy That's a good way to get rid of those so very tiny scraps that aren't really worth saving usually... Even though I still do. Great job!

I think they are really cute. As for a gift. I think a sweet idea would be to also give the picture of your little monkey making them with the ornaments.  Grin

Or you could take a picture for each ornament actually being made so the fabric matches in the pic/ornament.

You could also put them in a shadow box for the people who's hearts will melt, like Grandparents, Aunts, etc...

Thanks all for the lovely comments!

I really really like the shadow box idea.  I have some other ideas that would work well with that also.  Thanks SugarySweet, we shall be melting hearts this year Smiley
