Thats a great first Tree of Life pendant Smiley

I recently bought some copper wire to try making more of these.  I just LOVE them.

cute!!!

What did you use for the Circle?

All I could find was that memory wire for bracelet making. it works fine, but its a pain in the butt sometimes. Like if I tie down one of the limbs too tight, my circle starts turning into an oval, or egg shape, or whatever the heck it wants to become. ARRGGGH

I can't find heavy gauge wire to use. Sad

I just used the memory wire...I was thinking of hitting up the local hardware stores for some thicker gauge wire. Just an idea.

There are several etsy shops with all different gauges of wire.

Nightstar and Windspirit are the 2 sellers that I have bought from - both very fast and friendly with a large selection.

Of course I had NO idea what gauge to buy for the outer circle when I made my first order, so I have a few feet of ridiculously HUGE 12 gauge hanging around.  A nice 18 gauge seems good.
