ha ha... that's funny  Cheesy
I try to keep the threads off the floor but it's kinda to no avail.
I guess I could vacuum more often.... naahhh!
I have not made one of these for myself yet. It's like the painter's house that never gets painted I guess.
For as long as I can remember I have used a smallish gift bag tackily taped to the edge of my table with scotch tape. It works somewhat but a lot still gets on the floor. The fabric bag is better because the threads cling to it. I get a little crazy sometimes when the static electricity builds up and the thread won't come off my fingers and there's nothing to press it to. The bag is shiny stuff... I'm laughing now but the witchy woman tends to comes out during those times... Sad

thanks for the compliments

Hi darina23,

Sorry for this late reply. I have not been here for a very long time.

Thank you for the compliment. I appreciate it very much.

I don't have the 2124 anymore. I am blessed with a bf who got me a CV (Creative Vision)
It's a dream but it's not the workhorse that the 2124 was. If it wasn't for the fact that I have to sleep and eat it would have been running 24/7 I think.

I had it in the shop once during it's first year and that was only because I wanted to have it checked out and adjusted slightly I've had the CV in there 4 times in two years. Luckily they treat customers who bought it there priority and stretch the warranty.

Anyway you have a good machine there and I'm sure it will last you for many years to come.

I'm just getting around to revisiting these aprons. I'm working on a pattern right now and will offer it in my etsy store when I finish.

Thanks again everyone for the compliments. Dropping stuff makes me crazy and I do it all the time! See I don't have one of these either. This one was for someone else. I keep meaning to make myself one and it just seems that there's always something else to work on. Maybe this year I can get to it... maybe
