Oh my goodness I must have some pumpkin lasagne. I don't have butter or cream, but I think the pumpkin will be lovely and sweet anyway.

Figures... the good things to eat always pop up like this when I am stuck in a town that doesn't have gluten free pasta.  Dag Yo.  I must search some out next time I return to civilization.

to know about handmade, and not to support handmade, is not to know.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I used homemade gluten-free pasta and substituted sharp provolone for the parmesan. I also roasted my own pumpkins and mixed the puree with ricotta cheese. It was so yummy and cozy- perfect for the first week of nice fall weather!

Just make this last night. Mine turned out much paler, but was absolutely delicious! What an incredible flavour!
