Found a cute pattern for a shrug and wondered if anyone would like to join me. Here's the pattern:

Edit: I started this tonight and just to make it interresting I'm using herringbone hdc from the fat bottom bags in Debbie Stoller's book

I might try this one.  It looks like this might be handy for me to bring to work with me... it's hot at my work station, but sometimes quite cool everywhere else.  I could wear a t-shirt while working, then put this on... and not have the bulk of layers... hmm....

We'll see how it works up first. ^_^

So, what yarn are you using?  I've been eying my stash trying to decide what to use...

Not sure the brand but it's just a simple worsted weight...nothing fancy.

I might be in after Christmas. I have some Caron Simply Soft I could use.

Cool mochaxlight! I'm loving this one. I don't have all kinds of time to work on it but I think tonight I'll have lots of time. I'm doing it in black on this one but I may do others in other colors. It works up pretty fast in reality when I sit down and work it. lol Anyway, now that I've rambled along, I think I'll go work on it again!

Good! I'm going to mark this as my first after Christmas project. I need to start crafting more stuff for me anyway. Cheesy

Well I have to put this on hold. I am working on Christmas presents for friends right now. Hopefully I'll be able to get back at this soon!

Wouldn't this look cute in black with some eyelash yarn trim? Hmmm, that means shrug # 2! I haven't even started.  Tongue
