Helloooo! I haven't posted here in a while. School has been keeping me busy for sure. My first semester of college is almost over!

But anyway....

For one of my classes our assignment was to make a "cardboard persona" and wear the outfit of our persona out in public. My chosen persona was an 80s business woman. This suit and accessories took around 3.5 weeks to make, but I'm happy with how it turned out!

On to the pictures.

Check out all of the pictures on my flickr --> http://www.flickr.com/photos/shanice/

Thanks!

Wow, that's terrific - love the cellphone and the briefcase, love the frilly collar on the shirt.  Very clever!

Very cute! Was the cardboard difficult to work with?

I love clothes made out of non-clothes.

I really love the third picture!
And i like how the whole suit looks stiff but the pieces don't, like the style is more stiff than the way you used the cardboard. if you get what i mean (if you don't that's understandable because i seem to have a hard time explaining what i mean (: )
