I made a paper cut and placed it over lovely, flocked scrapbooking paper and I think it looks rather adorable on my shelf.  I took the glass out of the frame and glued her on to foam board to make it more dimensional.

Oh so pretty!
My Grammie has a silhouette done from her graduation pic from nursing school, it would make a good gift for my mom.  Love the background choice, all elements really catch your eye!

That's so lovely! I would make a bunch! It looks especially vintage in that swirled frame, along with the muted maroon foam board. Very nice on your bookshelf! (Matches your bookend too) ^~
