It's made by Jacquard, they claim it's washable and I washed on item that was only black ink in a front-loader and it came out just a bit faded, but not much.  I don't know about light.  I haven't noticed an issue in indoor, ambient light, but UV might fade it (like most things).  If you PM me, I'll look at the package and give you more info later when I have some more time.

Wah, I'm on a fabric diet! Another set of your potholders, on a fabric-empty stomach, that's just too much Smiley Man, these guys are campy Smiley They'd be so much fun to have on my kitchen. It was a good decision of you to show these guys separately, every one of them looks so much better that way.
