I went to Target the other day and loved all their silvered glass Christmas stuff, but not the price. I thought I could probably do it myself for a lot less -- the result was not perfect, but looks pretty good if I do say so myself. 

I found a similar jar -- a vintage candy jar with a lid at an estate sale for $2 and bought a can of extra-smooth Brilliant Silver spray paint and painted the inside. That looks great!  Hmm....you have me wondering what else could be painted like that.
