I just got a puppy, her name is Wrigley and she is 3.5 lbs of fury! Well, actually she sleeps most of the day, but loves walks and going into winter she has been getting really cold. Her vet reccomended putting a coat on her, so....I went out bought her a puppy wardrobe. Now I know some people may think its silly to dress your dog, but i do it so she stays warm. ANYWAYS, if anyone is interested in making handmade puppy clothes I would love to do a swap. I have made my puppy a couple outfits so far and she loves them, if anyone else is interested...let me know!

I don't think it's ridiculous to dress up your puppy. Actually your puppy has more reason because she is so tiny. I like dressing up my dog but only to keep him warm.

I think this is great idea!

Not ridiculous at all!  I dress my dog to keep him warm and when it is rainy he hates being wet so a raincoat is needed here.  Oh and boots would be awesome too!  I think this is a great idea but not sure if I can make doggy clothes, never tried!

My pooch has plenty of hair, but her feet do get cold.  That, and she looks darn cute in her red/black parka... and if on the motorcycle, with her goggles and leather on...

Sounds like fun.

Well at least I know I am not alone. my husband started getting really into it too! He puts her little sweater on everytime they go for a walk. Wrigley really does hate the cold. It got into the 20's this week and she was not happy. I have to complete one more swap before I can start my own, but I will definitely do it!
