So this year my friends wanted me to be Jessica Rabbit for Halloween. My boyfriend (at the time) said if I did it he would be Roger Rabbit. I had never done a "couple costume" and I was kinda excited. I accepted the challenge and I made the costume.

Anyways.. Here is how i did it: I went to the goodwill (a thrift store) and I found red stripper shoes and a sparkly dress.
The dress had a high neck but it was pretty easy to remodel into Jessica's dress.
I just cut the top and made the slit.
The scarf came with the dress and i got the gloves at an other thrift shop.
I put a shoulder pad in each boob Smiley.

With River (from Firefly) and the Big Bad Wolf as Grandma

With an FBI agent and Calvin and Hobbes

There is no Roger Rabbit in the pictures because my boyfriend dumped me a few days before halloween...  Cry

Boys can suck sometimes. You would have showed him up anyways. You look gorgeous!

I love personal swaps! I always need fabric, findings/notions, and cute handmade things!

You look fantastic! Well done.

Obviously the boy is an idiot and doesn't deserve you! You deserve better.

Totally awesome!  Wink

My friend works at a theatre and one of his (still in High School) colleagues dyed her hair Jessica Rabbit red. When I told her she should be her for Halloween, she nodded and said... I don't have any bunny ears though...  :\ kids today make me very sad...

BUT you look amazing and make me feel less like a dinosaur  Cheesy

And your ex boyfriend was clearly a tool  Cool

I'm one crafty bitch.

The costume turned out fabulous!

Ex-boyfriend's loss on not being able to hang out with you while you were wearing such an alluring outfit.
