I made these for a swap, and I had a lot of fun!

The wookie wasn't  a part of the set intentionally, but when I saw the fuzzy eyelash yarn in a shop, it took over my brain! I had to make a wookie. I still do, actually... ook-oook-oook-ooaaaarghhh! And did I mention I am yoda-addicted now? I have three more of them in all kinds of stages, and it looks like I will be making more...

@ashleyjune: Deal. Smiley

@Kitsune-Tearz: Sorry, I didn't follow a pattern. I just made everything up as I went along, and I am very grateful how fuzzy yarns cover any wonky parts.
Basically, the puppets are much simplified amigurumi, so any amigurumi pattern should do. Just make a round head, and half a body big enough for a finger, and go nuts about the accesorries Smiley
As for R2D2, I wouldn't want to make his head detail with intarsia again, stitching everything on later is better. And ewok headdresses are the most stupid garment I've ever seen! Smiley

Oh, wait, here's wookie pattern: I wanted to include this little guy in my posting anyway because he was an inspiration that had been in my head for quite a while. There is a tut with it:

OMG! those are awesome!   My 6 year old is begging me to make them for him so he can be the "king of show & tell"  I wish I was good at making things without a pattern Undecided

My kids were pretty cranky that I gave the puppets away and they're nagging too Smiley
If you want to try one of these, I recommend anyone who is furry. No matter what you do, it'll look good!
