I drive the Kitty Car.  (Kind of Hello Kitty but not exactly.)

I did it with touch up paint (kind of like car paint that goes on like finger nail polish from a tube).  I had to mix to make the pink.  It's part free hand and part with cardboard stencils I made.  I did it in pencil before doing the paint.

There is a blue tail trailing up from the trunk key hole and curling onto the trunk, too.  The face on the hood was my idea.  The trunk tail was my son's.  Think about when a cat lifts his tail and walks away from you.  Think of the view.  My son says the trunk key hole is the kitty anus.  (Little boy humor.  *sigh*)  Roll Eyes

Sorry about the bugsplatted dirty car.

That's super cute!  Having spent something like 19 years with a guy who was INTO cars and car care, I don't think I could bring myself to do something like this, but I always admire art cars and such; yours is no exception.

PS Your son may not outgrow that sense of humor. My man (not the one mentioned above) told me my truck looked like it had an anus when I was mid-way through body repairs and it was all shades of black except a red strip on the center of the tailgate.  And he's a smart, bookish, worldly fella in his mid 30s!

Oh I love it! Yes my guy is into cars too, but I reckon it could be done with magnetic sheets of colour cut up! I would love to see you guys face if you did this to your car TheMistressT!

That is so cool! If I had a car I would totally do something like this too it! Honest to goodness though I hope you don't have a car alarm because if I was walking by and I saw that I would have to stop and pet it. Lol.  Cheesy

Very Cute!!!! My son's 16yo girlfriend and I love it. Sadly I can relate to the boy humor too. Happily my dds are grown up but that leaves me with ds 16yo, ds 12yo and wonderful except for his sixth grade sense of humor hubby.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
