Here is the pumpkin I carved.  It is intended to look like a Deep Sea Angler Fish, with a bio-luminescent lure, which I made out of a straw from 7 11 and some twisted paper rope.  The teeth are wooden toothpicks.

Fabulous! This is the best pumpkin I've seen this year. I am such a fan of deep sea creatures, especially the bioluminescent ones, so I'm totally geeking out over this.  Smiley

It is on fire!  Grin  I used twisted paper rope, which I threaded through a big fat straw for support.  The end of which was rubbed in candle wax and then lit it with a match.  Inside the mouth is a tea light.  Unfortunately, the lure only lasted for a few minutes ...

OMG ANGLER FISH!! My boyfriend and I have a really lame, on going inside joke about angler fish, so I might have to steal this awesome idea for my pumpkin this year.  Seriously great job
