I needed some curling gear so here's what I came up with.

I'm relatively new to colorwork so keeping all of the bobbins straight was a challenge.  I alternated blue handled rocks with yellow handles, the two colors our club uses.

I put a house on the top of the hat so the spectators on the second floor have something to watch!

Here're the "mittens", right hand fetching so I could feel the handle and the left a full mitten to keep warm.

Craft it with stardust!

a curler is one who curls Cheesy  did you watch the last winter olympics?  that's seems to be where most people know it from these days.  It's a (mostly) winter sport played on ice where teams slide 40lb rocks of polished granite to the other end of the sheet (playing area) and try to get yours closest to the center of the house (the rings, ie on the top of the hat).  It's like a combination of chess and shuffleboard on ice.  It's very popular in Canada and northern US/Alaska as well as its originating homeland Scotland and throughout Europe.
