Thought this would be a delicious soon-to-be-spring dessert (easy and cheap as well!).

1 32 OZ PACKAGE PLAIN NON FAT YOGURT

1 8OZ PACKAGE JELLO STRAWBERRY

1 CUP SLICED STRAWBERRIES

MIX
YOGURT AND DRY JELLO IN MEDIUM BOWL
MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2 1/2  MINUTES OR UNTIL GELATIN IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED
STIR FOR  1 1/2 MINUTE

POUR
INTO A 9" PIE PLATE WITH COOKING SPRAY
REFRIDGERATE FOR 3 HOURS OR UNTIL SET

FLIP MOLD AND TOP WITH FRESH S

Aw...my Ma used to make something like this all the time back in the day...she used cool whip, though, rather than yogurt [yogurt's just too darn healthy.] If you really wanna go old-school, mix in some canned fruit cocktail [it's good in this pie, I swear!], and she did pour the mix into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust [hmmm...one of those dark-chocolate cookie crusts would be good too...]
