This is a jug I completed this week, sitting waiting for biscuit firing. It is modelled on a gourd with a pointed bottom (forms the spout) and it has a twisted handle replicating the stalk. Looking forward to glazing it, I am thinking of copper red and green granite

thanks! I will post it again in a few weeks when it has been glazed - looking forward to see if it pours, am wondering if the liquid will just spill over the sides of the spout! Oh well, my mum collects jugs anyway so it will go to decorative use!

Really nice shape and I bet it will pour nicely. Smiley
