its been 3 years but now my Jernome 6019 has tasted blood ..behold it's warrior soul!!
I dont know how but I sewed my pinkie ...the nail tore off as I yanked my finger back but I have 3 wee holes on the other side where the needle went right through the fore mentioned finger YAY! missing all the bone
Its numb now I may have lost some nerves ...
It hurt rather a lot the really strange thing was  I was really cross yelling at my family I gues the old flight or fight instinct camr out as fight (I had such an urge to slap my wonderful husband!?!)  and I didn't cry much to my daughter's amazement she thinks I'm soooo tough now Smiley
but important thing is my machine is okay (I just hope it doesnt tell the serger how I taste) and once the broken needle was replace it ran fine
I hope it leaves a good scar so when Im a grandma I can tell kids about sewing my pinkie !

That sounds painful.  Hope the serger doesn't find out!
