Yeah I finished another Alice in Wonderland amigurumi.  I introduce you to the Mockturtle.  Please tell me what you think of him.

Thanks.  It took forever and a day to get the right.  But i love him.  Now all i need to do is type up my pattern a test it.

Oh my gosh, that is the most adorable thing I have ever seen! I absolutely love it!

ETA: It looks to be fairly decent-sized in the pictures, but how big is it really? Also, how did you make the shell? Was it just a lot of circles stitched together (as my sister thinks) or is it one or two larger pieces?

The shell was all made is pieces and sewn together.  As for his size he is HUGE.  Sitting he is about 15 inches all.  If you stand him up he is about 18 inches tall.
