I mad this plastic bag belt the other day, it is the second I have made.  I have been making pop tab headbands for a long time now and these are just two of many.  This is the first bracelet I have made inspired by https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=95445.0

Let me know what you think!

I seriously love that bracelet!  Can't figure out how to do that myself, but I'm trying.  And I never would have thought to make headbands - how clever!

(any chance of a tute on the bracelet?  It's, as Tim Gunn would say, Fabulous!)

I don't have time to make a tute right now, but I can explain it.  You cut a slit in (I just use scissors) the bottom of all the pop tabs.  Hold five (or less, I used four) tabs together and slide the top of another tab through the slit.  Add four more (or however many you have chosen) the same way.  Continue this chain until you have the desired length.  For a bracelet just slide the first tabs through the last, creating a circle.

i like the bracelet!  it's hard to find colored tabs though and i think spray paint would chip off.

I made a pop-tab bracelet last weekend that looks similar to your headband, but I just used silver stretchy cord stuff... I don't remember what it's called.

I don't drink energy drinks so whenever my friends are drinking them I steal their tabs.

Your bracelet is really cool! How many tabs did that take?
