I dubbed these the "Bridge Bag" because it took me a while to figure out a way to successfully "bridge" the handle in a manner that looked good and was also strong.  I love having a bag that you can pair with plain old jeans and a sweater and instantly add a stylish, bold twist.  I like the strength of the modern shape, the ruggedness of the canvas paired with the shine of the sequins.  Hope you like it and/or it inspires you to creations of your own!  Thanks for looking...comments/suggestions are welcomed as I am trying to think of new color combinations that might look good. ( I have the sequin ribbon in many many colors).

You can put the kittens in the oven; but that don't make 'em biscuits.

ABFAB!  Absolutely fabulous!  I wonder if you could also make it reversible?  Maybe no need, it's just that your style is so perfectly symmetrical & balanced it could work.  Love the boldness of the shape.

Huh.  That's actually a darn good idea; hadn't thought of that.  Could work since I already have the sequins wrapped around both sides of the handles.  Thanks!

Hey: Cute bag.  By the looks of it, it holds a lot more than I would have thought. How big are they, anyway
(My keyboard is not working right now.  It is a public keyboard and I do not have the right to chuck it out of the window. If I keep telling myself that maybe it will work.  Right now, the keyboard sets this ɨup when I hit the question mark button and thisȨwhen I hit the apostrophe button.  So now I sound like Captain Kirk from Star Trek. Sorry about that.)

Thanks guys!  It is really, really nice to get positive feedback -- I've been a bit apprehensive about showing the bags to people I actually I know because that pesky 'self-doubt' creeps in.

RE:  hat-and-bag-lady post:  The bags are rectangular in shape and are appx 14" long by 6" high (to the top of the bag, not including the handles).  They do hold a decent amount of stuff for a small bag...

Thanks again!
