They look very yummy.

When you bake with dark pans turn the oven down by 25 degrees and keep the baking time the same and everything you bake will be perfect!

I was going to suggest this as well. If you have a dark pan, turning down the oven temperature and baking items a little longer should make them turn out soft and chewy. Smiley

YES! Thank you Iamsusie....I couldn't place it, like it was on the tip of my tongue...and with 2 little kids...our entertainment library of kid shows is huge...so it was lost to me!

I'll dig out the recipe and make a batch today and post tonight...that is, if they come out alright...and either way, I'll post the 'sauce' recipe.  Wink

We flip our cinnamon rolls over immediately after taking them out of the oven- the brown sugar and butter combo hardens if you leave it in the pan. Hope this helps!

ok...here's the easy-peasy sauce:

1/2 cup of cream (half & half is ok too)
3/4 lb. box of powdered confectonary sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract

You mix it all together and then spread it in the bottom of a 9x 12 pan...and then put your rolls on top...then bake.

Heaven....sheer heaven! Wink
