I was surprised last week to have a knock at the door. My first walk in sale!!

I was presented with this:

I believe it's made to fit a bear the AFL (Australian Football League) sell.

The young man who owns it wants a Hawthorn Football Club uniform, this one is Essendon.

I'm not sure what the story is, maybe he swapped teams?

In any case I gave it a go and produced this:

In my mind it's not perfect (the worst being the v is off centre, but also the stripes don't meet up at the shoulder, and I don't like that yellow satin shows the brown through) but I think in general it went quite well.

She's not come back to pick it up, and the Grand Final is on this weekend so I'd think he'd want it before then. We've called but no answer. I'm hoping she's ok, she's always seemed so punctual. I might need to drop round and deliver it.

Anyway that was a little bit of fun Smiley

I like the new one better than the old one, much better construction by far!
Great Job!!

Have to agree with the above poster, I like your outfit better.

The smaller the item, the harder it is to work with.  Once it is on the bear it will probably look fine.

Thanks guys!

Hey mellou pm me if you'd like me to scan the pattern I made for you, but unless he has a bear the right size I'm not sure it will work.
