This is my first attempt at clothing. I am thrilled that it fits!

I am going to add a button where I am holding it closed.

I used this pattern, but I made it longer and added waist shaping, made the sleeves longer, and added two rows of sc instead of the picot. It was an easy pattern and it only took me two weeks to finish.

Thank You all for your kind words !!

Lucy_Stardust, I wish I would have taken notes as I made adjustments. I don't know exactly how I shaped the waist, but I made decreases where the side seams would be if it had them. Then I made increases (on the same imaginary seam) until it was back to the original width.

Does this make any sense at all?
