I LOVE This.  I want one, but the only gun I have is a  Red Rider bb-gun.  I'm thinking a bunny shaped cozy with "you're gonna shoot your eye out" is appropriate.

o. O I never though I would actually see a literal picture of something that's both deadly and cute.
Wow. That's just awesome.

Haha that fabric cracks me up. The cozy is great, looks really well done. Smiley

I don't think there should be any trouble making posts or anything. The only thing that kind of set me aback was where you said, "Please understand that I'm not a crazy gun person; I'm a white, rural-CA-dwelling, violence and crime disdaining, 32-year-old woman"  I'm not sure what being white has to do with proving your not a crazy gun shooting criminal. :/

other than that, I hate guns but I love the cozy! Smiley

I agree. Well spotted.

I thought the poster was being mega ironic, but now I realise, not so much irony with this tea cosy.

I can't help but think of Borat every time I look at the fabric. XD

Very well done though! It's so ironic, some people aren't even getting that it's a joke, and that is how you know you succeeded. Tongue

I Love it, love it, love it!

I have been a happy Glock 9mm owner for ten years, but I need to get back out to the range.

Thanks so much for the pattern. So, does anyone else out on Craftster know where I can find a fabric with the Bill of Rights printed on it?  That's what I want to make my cozy out of, and I might make one for my hubby's Sig Sauer, too!

Keep up the great crafting! Grin

Maybe you could get some printable fabric (or use freezer paper ironed to some fabric and put it through the printer?) and print it out on your own. You would have more control over the look of the fabric... you could highlight certain words using color or bold print...

That is truly amazing!  I *echo*echo* the superb irony of this.  I love the fabric, it's a nice, bright contrast to the Glock!  (and thanks to whomever-sorry, didn't get the name-it was who posted the link to the fabrics!).  Kudos to all my not-scary-fellow-American women out there for packing iron (and loving it).  Even if we'll never shoot at anything we can drag home to feed the kiddies, it's just as enjoyable as shooting a bow!  Grin

I'll have to ask my hubby if we can make pretty our guns & rifles..and maybe even the bows!  Wink
