Truly a classic.  I think the rick rack takes it over the edge!  Can't wait to see your new ones!

This is too funny!!! I love it!! I used to be deathly afraid of guns until over Memorial Day weekend my Father-in-Law took me out shooting. First time I EVER touched/held/shot a gun. It was a rush and now I'm not so afraid but always practice gun safety Smiley

This is just too perfect for the ironic cozies. It's gonna be a hard vote for me this time Smiley

I also LOVE the idea of a lacy one, naughty meets nice Cheesy

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

OMG!! This is awesome! Wonder what my hubby would say if I did this to our 45, hehe and I not tell him just let him open the case at the range.

Love love love it!!

First: The fabric is fantastic.

Second: I <3 rickrack.

Third: That red gun lock is swanky.

Fourth: I have never seen anything like this, and I mean that as a compliment.

I'm scared of guns. I fired a friend's flippin' twelve gauge at a skeet shooting range and it was the first time I ever fired, touched, and even saw a real gun that wasn't in a police officer's holster or behind glass in a museum. I'm pretty much anti-gun politically, but anyone who wraps their gun in rick rack and 80's scraps clearly shares my sense of humour and has some mad sewing skillz-- and overall knows what she's doing.

You should do a coordinating bandolier(sp?) (for bullets and/or lipbalms).

Okay, from my non-American perspective, this is hilarious!!! Looking at your beautiful handiwork (the buttons rule!!) put a smile on my face. In my mind, all americans have gun cozies that look like this!

And a bit of gun trivia for you: where I live, handguns are illegal. Gun lovers here will have to use a lot more fabric to make cozies for their rifles!!!
