Hi all Smiley

Just wanted to apologise for being so slow getting my shop open, im having trouble taking pictures, its just been one thing after another.... Batteries died, had no other ones at home, bought dud ones that lasted all of 2mins, tried to drive to store for more batteries, stopped at a petrol station, fuel cap broke, tried to drive to garage to fix it, they were closed, just managed to drive home before the car gave up altogether... so anywayz, tomorrow i will (hopefully) get the car to the garage, drive hubby to interview, then go get batteries and finally take the photos!

Hope yall are well Cheesy

Its been that kind of a week so far for me too KatyMai, hope everything goes uphill from here!  I haven't had a spare minute to craft in weeks between vacations, getting 1 kid off to university (where he is in the 2nd year of a political science/religion degree-we joke that he'll never be able to talk to anyone in social situations....)the rest off to school, today has been non-stop appointments (right now my face is VERY frozen from the dentist) and I still need to clean my house from leaving 3 teens alone for a couple of weeks.

I think we should all go for a crafty visit somewhere Wink  How about a Shop the Swap sleepover?

Perhaps this is odd, but I just made my own laundry detergent! I've been thinking about doing it for months and tonight, despite having a laundry list (ha ha) of things to do, I decided to make some.  I've listed it in my shop, if anyone is interested in trying it out?

I have reduced a few items in my shop so there are now several things that are .25 each, including some supplies.

A sleepover sounds fun, AM! I'll bring the chocolate espresso cookies!! Yum Smiley

AM and KatyMai,  hope the rest of your week goes smoothly.

Crafting sleepover sounds like fun!  Not to mention the variety of snacks we can conjour up.  Craft or Art fairs are always a great way to spend a vacation.

Sorry about my delay in getting my shop up as well - I am hoping to post my shop tomorrow morning. I want to snap a few good pics in daylight. It has been a few rocky days, hasn't it? There is a soreness to my throat that seems threatening, but I am hoping to stave off sickness.

Speaking of laundry...just remembering I left a load in my parents' washer last night, yikes!

I finally revamped my shop a bit and opened.  Come check out the notepads that I've been working on.  Here's a teaser, but I saved the really big one for you to find in my shop.  LOL.   Smiley

For the sleepover - who's the bartender? (12 year old scotch anyone??)
I've got at least 30 pounds of chocolate I can bring...

Humor my delusions, they're all I have left...

At least DS goes back to school tomorrow.

Atsuko, those notebooks are so cute!  I can't wait see what else you have done w/ your binding machine.

Selkie, how about frozen mudslides?  I still have the mix here at the house.

You guys are always talking about food in here, I get hungry everytime I check this thread, now I have to go scrounge for snacks.

Shocked lapoli, homemade laundry detergent, I am intrigued.  does it work with the HE/front loaders?
