Hancock Fabrics is having a sale on Vogue patterns and I had to buy something. So I found this shirt and knew I needed it in my life. I bought some green cotton jersey fabric to make it with.

I was wondering if anyone had used this pattern before. I've never used a Vogue pattern, but have heard that they're not that easy to work with. If anyone can give me any tips, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Grin

I never used Vogue back in the days when I was sewing my own clothes but that is a very nice design. Love it.

In the 80's I used to LIVE in Very Easy Very Vogue patterns.  If I could track down a couple of old patterns I used to have I'd be one happy girl.

They are usually very well cut, and if have some sewing experience and common sense, it should turn out great.  This looks fairly straightforward, and I bet you can rock it.  Please post a picture when you finish, I'd love to see it made up.

(I looked at this pattern, too.  It said: BEWARE here be PLEATS.  I'm horrible at pleats.  I love them, but they don't love me back.)
