Meet Charles, he comes from the world of dust bunnies and missing left socks.  He recently has taken up residency in my living room. I didn't think much of him moving in, as he never bothered me.

Until I started noticing something different in my living room.  Things where going missing, and not just any things. My ferrets!  That is when I realized what was keeping this sheepishly grinning monster alive...

Which I didn't much mind, because he atleast is keeping  the ferret math down in the apartment, I just don't appreciate it much when he coughs up a hair ball or two around the place.

More pictures of Charles can be seen over on my crafting Flicker set

Charles is really a sleep sack that my ferret are now using underneath my drafting table in my living room.  Before they were using a plastic bag, so I made this this sleep sack.  Of course I am queen of not making things simple, I decided to continue my theme or ferret eating monster beds.

I would like to also add that my last ferret eating monster bed got featured on CRAFTzine Blog!

That is the best Ferret eating slug I have ever seen! May the crazy fun full of laughter ferret shenanigans commence.

At first I was like...where's the ferret part of this? Then I saw the ferret sticking its head out of the slugs head...I almost died of the cuteness! This is fantastic- I hope all your ferrets have a happy life in the slug!

This is so much fun! Best pet bed ever!
And thank god you got them out of the plastic bag; that didn't sound safe for your beautiful little creatures.

Ferrets love plastic bags, I usually let them play with them under my supervision of course, I think it's something to do with the crinkly noise they can make.  I always cut the handles off so there was really no chance of them getting tangles or anything.

But I do agree this is a better alternative than a plastic bag! Smiley

...and up comes the toolbar. that's what she said.

that is amazing!!  i love it!  my kitten likes plastic bags and i also have to cut all the handles off b/c she gets herself stuck in 'em if i dont, but she only likes the ones that are super crinkly too.  it must be the noise...  the slug is way cuter than plastic bags!  and if they like the noise of the crinkles, maybe you could put a crinkle pad inside for them to play on.  the strawberry house i made for my kitt0r has one and she rolls all over it!
