This is the latest felt name book I made for my oldest, Ceilidh (Kaylee). I would normally only post a couple of pics and then link to my blog, but I'm trying to mess around with image resizing so please bear with me.

Cover- full skein of thread in chain stitch on lace patterned pink felt

C is for candy

E is for egg

I is for island

L is for lamb

I (again) is for ice cream

D is for our dog

H is for hat

Ice cream cones are the best and I love that yours has sprinkles.  What a fun idea!  Smiley  Thanks for sharing.  I adore felt things!

You did a beautiful job on this. I would treasure it as an adult as something special my Mommy made for me.

It just isn't the same without sprinkles! Wink Thanks, I love felt because you don't need to turn the edges under or add seam allowance- perfect for English major/math challenged crafters!

Thank you! Both of the kids (and the nephew) have their own felt books now, so I'm covered until one of us pops another out  Cheesy

I have a SIL who makes pieced baby quilts for all of the family, and some friends. This is no small task, since she has 9 siblings and we all average about 5 kids each! Great work!
