Wow, it's a hot new topic!  That means I have to ban DH from craftster altogether, 'cuz he'll see his celery face in the thumbnail...

or was it romaine?

Cealy, you're makin' me all hormonal over here.  We do not have children yet, though we pick out horrendous baby names in jest.

I almost gave it to him yesterday; I'm going to have to just forget about it for a while.

Oh, and if it's not clear/legible from the pattern, the long skinny piece is an ear; cut 2 on the fold of fabric, and 2 on the fold of contrast.  The long tapered piece is the body/feet; cut 2 on the fold of fabric.  Head: cut 2.

Attaching the head to the body was a doozy through that little hole, but no external seam there, so it was worth it.  I wish I knew a better way to attach ears than by hand-tacking.  I'm sure there's a way with extra seams, darts, or slits.  Does anyone know?

Your post is hilarious and your bunny is very cute. I only feel a little sad that this bunny must live without arms.

Oh no he has no arms!

That just means I'll have to carry him everywhere, oh what a shame :p

(A tip for embroidering the nose is to get some very small fine-point scissors and trim the fur down a little around the nose area. Or, since it's not for a baby, you can do slightly looser stitches that won't pull into the fuzz Smiley )
