How can you stick pins in Harold, or the elephant, or the robot???  All so unique!  Keep 'em coming!

I have given feedback and updated the send/receive list with the info that I have so far.  Please double-check the first post either here in the gallery or in the sign-up thread to make sure your name is highlighted appropriately.

Also, PLEASE be sure to PM me when you receive, and not leave it up to my poor detective skills to find that info in the threads.... it may be a while before I find them! Wink

I received from KAtchoo1 today! AND I LUUUUUUV my PIn cushion!
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! she went with my colors and themes and sent the prettiest card I have seen!
Here is a pic of the lovely card (which will be framed!)

The note in it was so nice- Katchoo1, you have been a joy of a swap partner my friend!

Here is my adorable squirrel cushion!
side one, my munching squirrel....isn't he cute!? his name is Marvin  Grin

the other side, some extra acorns for later!  Grin

Once again we have a cushion that is too cute to put pins in....and if i ever decide to do that, i assure you my little squirrley Marvin will be safe & not be used for target practice! hehe  Grin
Thank you Katchoo1~!

Sew Silly--Yay so glad it arrived safely, and glad you like it!  Don't be afraid to use it, I tried to make it as sturdy as possible (don't tell anyone, but the fabric is recycled work pants from my police job, so you know they'll hold up!).  I was pretty happy with the way the squirrel turned out...a little on the chunky side but my first attempt at freehand embroidery so I'll deal.  The ribbon came all the way from Japan, I knew it was perfect for you when I saw it and the rest came together after that!

I can't take credit for the card, though, that was one I received in a swap from a very talented stamper on another site.  I love being able to share them after I've been inspired by them for a while!

Zuliblu: those are some fab cushions, I LOVE the carrot cake! (nom nom nom!)

Zuliblu, you completely made my day! I've had such a rough week with everything and there you are bringing me joy! It makes me so happy that you love the pincushions so much. As soon as I read your questionnaire I knew exactly what I was going to make you. The best part is, they both turned out almost exactly how I wanted them to! (don'tcha just love when that happens Cheesy)

I also really love your orange room, it's just so happy. Grin

thank you barbolot for organizing this swap, there have been some really incredible, great job everyone!

I recieved and feel well and truly beyond wrds for how much i love the pin cushions!

I love the doughnut cushion because its just too cute (and soft)

But the sakura tree takes the biscuit! I don't think i'll be able to use it! Its beyond beautiful and the embroidered carp just blows me away. It's sitting next to my machinenow, but only because i love it and think its the bestest thing in the whole wide world!

Also, my dad does keep trying to steal it to sit next to his oriental styled pond and garden.

I'm making a blanket for my uni room as it gets so cold! If you can make/spare any 5X5 inch squares of crochet, I'd happily swap you for something! Please PM me!

Dragonmama, the pincushions you made are FABULOUS!  They are the perfect happy compliment to zuliblu's cheery orange craft room.

I may have to come live with you, zuliblu! Cheesy
