Let me just say- as a RN- the pain scale is crap!!! I like your version better- we use the number scale at my hospital and I cant chart 5.5 only 5 or 6. I like FACES better and the colors are cheerful!- Good work and sorry bout my soap box- it sucks but its the best we got (sigh)

I so enjoy your posts!! Your DH is by far the best model Craftster has ever seen.

Where I live I have noticed that some hospitals have this same chart but with parkas on (I live in Alaska). Ummm... Parkas do not apply to all people. And I certainly wouldn't wear one inside the hospital.

I like the altered captions you did and the colors. You have so many good ideas!
