I made my first coin purses ever today!  They're all handsewn.  I like them a lot. Cheesy
They're all about 4 in by 4in & close with velcro.

At this point you know I love your stuff.

These are cute.  Maybe next time try zippers as opposed to velcro?

I was afraid to use zippers cause I handsew everything.  Can you even handsew zippers?  I tried to look it up, I couldn't find much. Sad

you can definitely hand sew zippers! pretty much anything the machine can do, you can do better, just slower.
my head pretty much exploded from this cuteness overload! you could sell these with a fat profit margin (gross, why am I thinking about profits?)

There is something called hand picked zippers. It's how you install zippers with as little as possible showing. For finer wear. Before they invented invisible zippers.

I'm just afraid itll come out all wiggly and unprofessional looking.  I had to redo the velcro a lot. Sad But I'll try it!
I do sell my little coin purses, I made one for myself.  I wish I could just hoard them all haha but I'm trying to save up for a new carrrr.

I wish I could afford a car... I'm still waiting for Oprah to buy me one...  Grin
You can try something like Seams Great or Stitch Witchery. It's not terribly strong as in permanent seams. It is great stuff tho. Just don't use hot water or heat in a dryer. It's hot glue for sewers. Of course I would tell anyone not to use heat with your critters anyway.
Fabri-tac glue is extremely strong. It is rather difficult to get a really neat tidy look with it. You could try one of those metal needle like tips. It's very thick. I glued some ribbon to denim and I lost track of the number of times I washed them. I don't use hot water and I don't have a dryer so things do last longer that way.

Aw man, your creations never cease to amaze me.

And I can't seem to avoid you! I constantly run into your stuff on DA, Etsy, and here.
Totally a good thing  Tongue

Have you thought about using zippers? I guess it might get caught in their fur, but it would make things more secure, seeing as the opening's on the bottom.

They have great faces !!! Fur is difficult to sew hand or machine. I like the Velcro I think the zipper would eat the fur Lips sealed
