one of your competitors are continuously commenting on your products on several different sites and trying to make you look bad. And they sit on your website 4 and 5 times a day. They even go so far as to post comments on your site.

What would you do ?

I don't fully understand the situation.  Are they commenting on your blog or something?  How are they making you look bad?

Do more of what makes you happy.

Ban them from your website.
I don't know what you can do on other sites but maybe talk to a MOD and see what they think.

I would ask the person - if you have an opportunity in a private message in one or more of those sites - why they're targeting me instead of paying attention to their own business. Sometimes confrontation is the cure. Tell her to give up the stalking and deal with her own issues.

They obviously feel threatened. What exactly are they saying? Are you a better known brand than they are? Can you PM me some of the sites the person is commenting on your product? That way I can have a better understanding of the situation. Smiley

I don't think this is the type of thread to be posting if it is flame baiting another member on this crafting forum. This will just create unwanted drama and this place is free of that type of behavior.

Mother to 4 beautiful crazy children that loves to sew, make bows and photography.
