Sounds like moving send outs back to Monday would be okay for everyone. So consider it done!  Grin

Oh that is wonderfull, I can do a little more touching up and make more goodies for the inside.

 Kiss  to you Holliewood.

Thanks for the reprieve, Governor!

I switched tins, after I had finished the first, and got up at 7 this morning to finish the second one. I was afraid that if I sent it today, it would stick to the envelope.  So thanks for the extra drying time. Whoo!

Hello all,
I just got home from my trip to the Gulf coast. I have to say I am about to drop dead. I had to help family secure after we went through all Dad's stuff and got it loaded in the uhauls...

I am so sleepy I had left New Orleans for Biloxi to help more of my family secure for the hurricane and now have not only my stuff in my uhaul but a ton of family items to be saved ( we dont trust the Army Corp to have fixed the leaves) I am so freaked out it is now a cat 4....OMG I think this will do more damage then Katrina as it is so F up still and noting is stable. I pray that my family will all be OK...I dont know mentally how much more an area can stand...

I left for my only 11 hour trip home but I left with the start of the Hurricane evac groups and SHIT it took 21 hours to get home and I did not stop to eat just snacks when I got gas...

I fear this will be the straw that breaks the Gulf Coast back

I am standing buy waiting to drive back down with gas, and supplies to help in the months of clean up that will follow....Most of my peeps lost almost everything in Katrina and most of the homes too...GAH Pray it goes somewhere else like a non populated area....
OH ALL we in teh USA cant ship MONDAY it is a FEDERAL holiday...So it will be Tuesday for the ones who have not shipped yet!

I completely finished my tin and everything in it yesterday. This morning I started packing it up and realized that 2 of my favorite things I made don't fit. I'm so bummed! I quickly made 2 similar items that aren't as thick but I'm still sad, I'm so proud of the originals Sad I AM happy to send it out tomorrow though, I can't wait until my partner gets it!

I think I might wanna go pick up something extra today. My original tin idea is a wee too bulky, but one popped in my head last night.

Smiley we shall see.

Also, POOR LYRICALSTAR!: I hadnt paid attention to the DC number, and while I was starting to get a wee worried it hadnt showed yet, I just started this new job and it's kept me pretty busy. DC said it arrived on the 25th, but theres been no note or package for me Sad *sniffle*

Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think...(Christopher Robin)

it'll be ok in the end. if it's not OK, it isnt the end
