If you have beach glass collected from a special vacation, turn it into art! I cut out the heart, laid it on my prepped paper and then hot-glued the glass around it. When the glass is dry, remove the heart! You can sign it with the name of your vacation spot and the date!

You can also do house numbers and initials. I have a few other glass ideas on my blog as well. Enjoy!

SUCH a good idea!  I love that it looks simple and clean yet so pretty and artistic. I love the colors!

Thanks! I love how it turned out too. It's the perfect vacation reminder. And, if you collect enough glass, you can pretty much match any decor.

Wow!  Simple and stunning.  I have a few piles of beach glass (I collect that instead of shells).  One of our bedroom walls is still empty, this might be just the thing.  Thanks for the inspiration!

Yup, I'm all about simplicity. I particularly love when something simple makes you say "whoa..."

Beginning of school year resolutions: Granny-square blanket, scarf for the man, swimsuit bottoms, better organization for crafting supplies, computer case of some kind, 2 amigurumi and a pair of underwear.

What a great idea! I'm going to start collecting things from what we do to see if I can make a heart for Christmas!
