My cozies are made out of the sleeves from felted sweaters.  I added a flap at my husband's suggestion to keep the Ipod from slipping out and debris from getting in.  He carries his Ipod in a hard case as well which helps it stay snug in the cozy.  I love the yarn you used SisterMercy!

Here's mine, in crappy camera phone quality.  I used some really cute (but acryllic...ick) yarn that's $2/skien at Wal-Mart, I think it's by Red Hart.

It has holes at the top and bottom for the connector and my headphones (just button holes).  The whole thing only took about an hour and a half to make.  I did 14sts on size 5 needles, and it's basically just one long piece seamed up at the sides.  I made button holes where it lined up with the cable connector and headphone holes on my iPod.  I actually didn't realize until I was done that it's basically the same pattern that's in the SnB book, minus the striping + I-cord handle and pocket (which was 12sts and just sewn on after).

yes, I like the colors you used, rachill.

I made myself a little cozy out of green chenille... it's crappy and I rushed it, but I joined the swap... yeah. woot.

Thanks! Smiley  I'm making another for my sister's mini.  That Red Heart kids' colorful yarn I used is great for small stuff like this that you can use cheap yarn for.

My computer Rick and I are still together, just in case you were wondering.

The Alf Cozy
Vision in Blue

My mp3 player is small, so I modified this cell phone cozy pattern.
