Hello.  I saw a post quite a while back, forgive me that I cannot recall the member's name, but someone did a baby onesie using the 'i luv veggie' pattern and did a fruit with yummy underneath and yucky on the rear end.  So cute!  I married but we're not at the baby making point yet  Wink but my neighbor's daughter-in-law just had a baby boy so I embroidered a onesie from the inspired post from long ago.  I hope the original person to post this completed project feels that imitation is a high form of flattery as I certainly do not mean to offend!

Stitches used:  split stitch, satin stitch, backstitch

Also, I did not have any proper t-shirt stabilizer.  I stitched a little bit without any and the going was tough.  I ended up using a sheet of tissue paper folded in half (two layers) and tucked it between the fabric and hoop.  What a difference!  Much easier to stitch.  I gently tore the tissue paper off when I was done.
