My first reaction - Drooling!!!  This is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!  ...And don't let anyone tell you otherwise!  I love patchwork, long skirts, and rainbows - I would do anything for that skirt!   Grin

This is SO completely and utterly beautiful.

I'm a HUGE fan of colors, and if "rainbow" were a color, it would be my favorite.  You can really tell how much work you put into this, and thank you SO MUCH for sharing it here on Craftster!  <3

Holy crap. i saw rainbows and thought it would be interesting, but i really had no idea it would be something that amazing...

I don't know who would say anything bad about your skirt it's absolutely amazing.

You clearly put loads of work into it, and it really shows. Lots of people are pretty stupid and critical, especially when it comes to what other people are wearing. I know many people (including my roommate) who dislike anything I make that doesn't look like I got it at a store.

Sometimes creativity and originality aren't appreciated as much as they should be, but I'm glad fellow craftsters appreciate this piece of artwork you've constructed.

Yours is a one-of-a-kind piece I would be proud to wear. Great job!

I love this skirt and I love that it isn't conventional & it stands out.  I don't think it's impractical at all - I'd wear it.  And anyone who couldn't appreciate the work that went into it is kind of rude, IMHO.  I was actually thinking of doing an all white one for myself, or aqua.  I once had a friend who called me artsy because of my homemade ensembles & I was always proud of that because she was a hip chick.    Cheesy

I am collecting cotton Hawaiian fabric scraps for a quilt if you wanted to send any my way!

i disagree quite strongly with these critical people... its amazing!!
and to attest to that fact i found it on the BEST OF CRAFTSTER 2008!
great job!! i can only imagine how much time and work went into this. it looks incredible!

Congratulations on your work of art - it is a beautiful creation and I'd wear it any day.  But I'd have to fight my daughter for it.
