I have been so busy, I just now have been able to check out Fiber Friday.  This is one of the most gorgeous weeks ever, including yours stefferroo.  I am a begginer spinner and have yet to get a lot of yardage, I plan on taking all my little pieces and knitting a scarf for myself.  Your first spin is so fabulous.

I also want to take the yarn Pinnacle home with me.  I should definitely be getting some spinning in this week.  Yay!!!

So many wonderful yarns this week! I just had to comment on Waves Become Wings. Something about those colors is just so wonderfully soothing, and I just want to dive head first into the softness of it all. The title seems perfect, too.

Hobbledehoy batts are amazing.  What I love about this set in particular was the blend of warm reds/purples/oranges and blue/greens.  I spun it with most of the warm colors at the beginning, ending with the cooler blues and greens, plus extra white in between.  The title is actually a song by "This Mortal Coil".  I saw these batts in her shop and the yarn flashed before my eyes.  It was so meant to be!

I love you, crafsters, very much. What is the beatiful place here! I was very busy this summer and have only one handspun to present. I named it simply "Don't let those dogs off their chains", this is Collie (the dog) wool:

So I'm thinking I'm sure I have every imaginable This Mortal Coil song (inlcuding the extended version of "Gathering Dust" Cheesy), but didn't recognize this one.  I opened up my iTunes and found it.  I don't think I have listened to It'll End in Tears as much as the others.  I love the connection between your yarn and This Mortal Coil (I love Smashing Pumpkins too).  It is really beautiful.
